I love this! Iβm a big believer in staying in hibernation mode in the winter and dealing with my more high energy goals in the spring. feels more natural that way π₯°
Lia! Thank you for this. I also feelβ¦ kind of tired? But I think itβs more than that... I feel meh most of the time. Things that used to excite me now feel overwhelming (I actually wrote about that this week). So I really loved everything you shared, but honestly Emma Beamesβ line, βgo slow and create a soft life,β was all the validation I needed.
Oh my gosh, I feel that SO deeply. That's 100% how I felt when I was burnt out at Teal. The things that used to excite me just... didn't? And it was so weird. (At the time, I didn't realize that's a symptom of burnout!) But I'm so glad Emma's note resonated. I'm looking forward to reading your piece, too. You're not alone in this! Sending you big hugs. π«Ά
Some great thoughts here!! Thanks for including me π€ it seems so many of us are thinking the same thing this year. Slow down, no need to rush everything!
Youβve collected so many good nuggets from across the βstack! Thank you for including my post. Canβt wait to explore these other writersβ approaches! β€οΈ
My toxic trait is that I can't stop obsessing over other people's beautiful ideas, and I just want to share them ALL! (Yours were super helpfulβthank you!!! π€)
βWhy donβt you go rest?β - now that's love. π
Right?! The highest form. π
I love goal number one. Excited to hear how things evolve for you this year.
Thank you so much, Max! Appreciate the support! (Less than 3 weeks in, but it's feeling good already!)
